Mercedes A Service

What is a Mercedes A Service?

Designed for newer vehicles, the A Service is the smaller service and the cheaper of the two options. Your Mercedes will most likely require its first A Service once it reaches one year old, and typically every 2 years thereafter. Your Mercedes may alert you to requiring a specific service such as A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 or A9.

What is included in an A Service?

The A Service includes:

  • Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
  • Oil Filter Replacement
  • Tyre Inflation Check & Correction
  • Brake Component Inspection
  • Reset Maintenance Counter

Mercedes B Service

What is a Mercedes B Service?

The B Service is a major service best suited to older Mercedes vehicles or vehicles that clock up more mileage. It is more costly than an A Service, but it is more extensive. You can arrange a B Service approximately one year after an A Service, and usually every 2 years subsequently, depending on the average number of miles you drive per year. Your Mercedes may alert you to requiring a specific service such as B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8 or B9.

What is included in a B Service?

The B Service includes:

  • Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
  • Oil Filter Replacement
  • Cabin Dust/Combination Filter Replacement
  • Tyre Inflation Check & Correction
  • Brake Component Inspection
  • Reset Maintenance Counter

We carry out what the manufacturer recommends for your Mercedes EQV. Your warranty is valid as all the work done on your car is recommended by the manufacturer using recommended parts. All our work is covered by our 12 month parts and labour warranty. If you have a newer car or have a dealer service history then we recommend that you choose this option.

Fixed Price Servicing

This may be a more affordable option and is more suitable for older cars or cars where service history is not required. This service schedule is generic and not tailored to your car. This option is similar to what high street garages offer, but we can assure you we only use quality parts and oil. We use equivalent matched parts, which are excellent quality and are fully guaranteed. The fixed price servicing option may not include items that your manufacturer recommends therefore we may not be able to reset your servicing light and update your service history.
